Blue Angel  Salad - Crisp lettuce, fresh spinach, goat cheese, dried apricots and cranberries served with balsamic  and olive oil, or with Henny’s lime and crème dressing.   $4.99

Louis’ Shrimp Salad (seasonal) – Fresh chunks of jumbo shrimp, mango, crisp sweet peppers, beautifully presented served with Henny’s crème & lime dressing.   Its light, tart and sweet,very delicious (when mangos are out of season, this salad is served with pineapple/papaya)   $5.99

Shrimp Salad Traditional Style – 6 Fresh Jumbo Shrimp (huge) served with a red and green tomato sauce mildly spicy.....yummy, filling and low cal to boot.  $7.99

Avocado and shrimp salad – half a large Avocado stuffed with chunks of shrimp and topped with real mayonnaise and spices or drizzled with Henny’s dressing.  $4.99

Tempura Shrimp and Veggies- (or Chicken) very yummy.   $6.99

Seafood chowder - local seafood, fresh veggies and spices served in a delicious broth.  $5.99

Tortilla Soup - A favourite of everyone! We serve ours with fresh avocado, strips of crispy tortillas and of course lots and lots of cheese! Big portion!  $4.99

Jose’s Chilli Rellano - This is a Blue Angel staff favourite, made the old Mexico way with mild peppers stuffed, rolled in fresh egg and flour and pan fried, and drizzled with a mildly spicy red sauce with sour crème on the side (definitely not low calorie) but hey, aren’t you on vacation? Two peppers stuffed with your choice of cheese, beef or shrimp and pineapple, along with rice and beans and sour crème..you won’t be sorry! $12.99

Fajitas  Beef or chicken  $10.99  Shrimp  $11.99 – Very popular, ours is served sizzling on a black iron pan with peppers and onion.  The meal also comes with with habaneras, beans, fresh salsa and guacamole and sour crème for your tortilla wrapping pleasure.  Napkins anyone?

Enchiladas - Chicken wrapped in tacos and fried crispy. and delicious.  Served with chopped lettuce, crème and cheese.  Top with spicy green or red sauce.  $9.99

Chimichanga -Beef or chicken served encased in a light, flaky crust pastry..and drizzled with local green tomato salsa and sour creme served with a small salad from menu.   $10.99

Crispy skinned Chicken - baked with spices along with mashed garlic mashed potatoes or rice and seasonal fresh veggies.   $12.99
